Serve with whole wheat toast or bagel. For lunch cook the bean curd in a covered pan with little or no oil for one hour over low heat. Garnish with lettuce, avocado or mayonnaise (or plain yoghurt) and serve on whole gain wheat toast for a delicious sandwich.

Tofu's use is as endless as one's imagination. Recipe range from a tasty dish or tofu cooked with soy sauce and sliced mushrooms to tofu mayonnaise, yoghurt and ice cream. Try it. You'll going to like it.
