Third most likely necessary tip is to be physically active, not necessary extreme. By doing so, chose your desire physical activity either jogging, aerobics, swimming or whatever that suits your personality. Physical activity not only conditions your body but also stimulates hormones so called "Endorphins" the happy hormones. Remember "Staying in shape and healthier lifestyle boost confidence to the average level".
Lastly, meditation and relaxation techniques, no wonder and proven effective, meditation reconfigures your brain activities. Brain is so powerful it can manipulate the entire body. Learn to meditate everyday about 30 minutes is enough.
Significantly, by doing these steps regularly your body and mind collaborate, in this process you feel comfortably confident in every aspect. In other hand, realizing that you are a unique individual, unfold yourself for it's a lot to be discover, be proud and be always what you are.
